Assessments

Within the ACCHS assessment framework, competency is assessed through the completion of knowledge-based questions and practical application tasks. These tasks may require engagement in workplace-related activities involving collaboration with others, or participation in simulated scenarios such as role plays, which must be recorded and submitted as part of the assessment evidence. In addition, you may be required to independently research and source supplementary materials to support your learning and demonstrate a deeper understanding of the course content.

Study Options

Face-to-Face Study

For students who prefer structured, in-person learning, ACCHS also offers face-to-face classes at selected campuses. This mode provides a more interactive learning environment, including direct engagement with trainers, peer discussions, and hands-on activities.

Online Study

ACCHS offers a flexible self-paced online study model for VET qualifications, designed to accommodate your personal and work commitments. This learning mode allows you to access course materials and assessments anytime, from anywhere. However, to successfully complete your course within the allocated timeframe, consistent study habits and time management are essential. All course content, assessments, and key resources are delivered via the ACCHS online learning platform. Ongoing academic support is available from your assigned trainers, who can be contacted via email or scheduled appointments. Orientation sessions are also provided online to introduce students to course expectations, study resources, and support services.
