6. Video and image consent form
7. Student handbook provided and last page signed and submitted
8. Online Learning System login details provided
10. Received Learning Materials Acknowledgement form signed
11. Credit Transfer or RPL mapping (if applicable)
12. Withdraw or Cancelation of course evidence (if applicable)
13. Evidence of Certification (if applicable)
14. Issuance of Certificate
